Our experiential training platform has been strategically designed to help you and your teams become more effective and efficient in a unique way. Our Experiential Trainings are designed to prepare law enforcement, educators, military, community members, and public health and safety workers with interpersonal skills that better equip them in being effective mentors in their communities. Our training workshops (no power points) aim to provide you and your team with useful skills and tools to utilize in both professional and personal life.
Your contributions to your team, your family, your community and the world are writing your legacy of significance. We are honored to share with YOU these powerful teachings to impact the lives of countless men, women and youth.
We also build on engagement and cooperative skills to support long-term “culture change” and impact within communities. In addition to the experiential training, we also incorporate the GPS for SUCCESS™ Prevention Programming for communities and schools. The GPS for SUCCESS™ prevention programming focuses on 5 core principles: VISION, MISSION, PURPOSE, TEAM AND COMMITMENT.
